Well, I've been looking at a laptop also since I didn't get one for Christmas. Looking around for £400, about $800, there aren't many that can game well. You could wait up and buy a laptop later, as the Penryn line of CPU's are coming out for laptops. With that, you might be able to get a cheap Core 2 Duo Txxxxx, but Intel has decided to pull the plug on most of them.

I feel slow also. 1GB RAM is probably what's slowing me down.

That's weird. Whenever we take in our BMW's to be serviced, they give us a very similar model to drive out. We've taken our 325Xi out, and we got a 325Xi as a courtesy car. We took the X5 out, we got a X3 as a courtesy car. Now, the X3 was a bit different but since it had the 3.0 liter engine, I wasn't complaining as it was the same engine that powered our X5. Other times, when they ran out of courtesy cars, we had to sit in an Isuzu Rodeo (What they called their limo service)....all the way back home.

Yea, my 15T motor (forgot the brand, haven't played with these in quite a while also) burned up the MSC. I may want to sell all my cars, due to my inactivity with them, but I will never get what I want.

I will never go lithium without a Nelly Deluxe. Mini Z boards are designed with 4.8v in mind, not 7.2v. Over time, I'll just be wasting these boards if I go lithium...

I am out of suguestions I'm afraid that your GFX may not support GPU temperature readings.

My kit had a blue LED built in both the VGA and CPU water block, but you have to connect those to a fan connector to get it to light up. Also, my PSU also has blue LEDs so that adds to the shiny stuff. If you don't plug in the LEDs, you should be fine.

Yea, Octane is right. You have to enable that to get it to work. I have no clue how you saw that picture, but I can't at all.

Could you provide a bigger picture? I can't see your settings from that thumbnail.

I will post some pictures of my water cooled rig also, now.

I've always use the "Overclocking Settings" to overclock my GFX. But, to get the temperatures, go and Right Click on the icon, then go to the "Hardware" tab. Then, go to the "System Tray Monitoring..." tab inside there and choose the GPU Temperature "Show in System Tray". Click "ok" and you should see the temperature in your taskbar with where the time and all that stuff is.

You need ATi Tray Tools by Ray Adams. I had the same problem with my X1950XT, and only ATi Tray Tools would give me the temperature readings.

Woot! Made an overclock to 2.5GHz now...took a while and once I finally sorted out the Memory clocks, it boots up fine and everything!

39.218 seconds to do 32M...shut up, I will get a faster time with a few more programs closed.

I'm going to have to overclock more....my computer is new yet is in the low-middle pack of the rest of the computers.

Edit: I closed all my un-needed applications, closed explorer.exe and I came up with a 25 second time! I moved up ONE complete position...YAY.

DFP's had pedal problems? I thought only Momo's had those? Also, if you buy a DFP off Amazon, there is a 30 day return policy so if you do get a Rev 1. DFP, you can return it just as easily.

How much FFB do you use to have that much ease with steering a FZ5?
